    As in any business, your people are critical to your success with a multi-level marketing business. The members you bring into the business are going to be entrusted with making your income grow so they really need to be top notch. The problem is, there are lots of possible business ventures available so how do you get a high power person interested in your program.

    The way to get good people interested in you plan is to find out what interests them. The potential member you are talking to is not interested in what your product is. They could care less how well you do with the program. That person across the table is only interested in one thing.

    The lead you are pitching only cares what the business can accomplish for them. Most people are self-centered and they won’t be interested in something unless it has the potential to have an effect on them. The majority of people have no interest in your opportunity if they can’t see how it can affect them.

    The job you now have is as a transformer. In order to get the lead to sign and become a member of your down line you must show them how the business can transform their life. The people who are looking for a money making opportunity are the ones who are unhappy with their lives. Focus on how they can get what they want with your opportunity and they will join your team.

    Don’t make the mistake of trying to sell the program, this is actually how most new people fail, just concentrate on selling the dream. No one will be interested in learning about the structure of the organization or the hierarchy of the plan. They are only going to listen to what’s in it for them.

    When you show someone how the business can impact their lives then they will show interest in what you have to say. If you aren’t able to ignite the dream they have then you might as well walk away right now. If that lead doesn’t feel the possibilities your opportunity offers there is not hope in signing them.

    Your job in this process is to be a change agent. You absolutely must show the person you are talking to how the business can change their life. The majority of people are not happy with their standing in life and they want to make a change for the better. These people are ready to make a leap if you make the connection between their dreams and your plan.

    It is all about how your business plan can transform their life. Everybody has dreams. Your job is to harness the dreams and desires of your prospect to the possibilities of the business and show them the road to the life they want.
