Free SEO Training: Improve Your Google Search Engine Rankings…
To be a successful online marketer it is vital for your sites to get top rankings for organic search results in Google. For those of you who don’t know what organic search results are, they are the websites that come up on the left hand side when you perform a search on google, and they are completely free.
Google usually reserves the top spots in its organic results for websites with quality content that is relevant to whatever keywords you are searching for. Google has what are called “spiders” that roam the internet indexing websites. All the data they collect goes into an algorithym that helps google rank these sites.
Using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics can give you a leg up on the competition. There are 2 different forms of SEO strategies. There is onsite SEO, SEO done to the site itself, and offsite SEO, building backlinks and rss feeds for your site. I talked about creating quality backlinks for your website in a previous post so in this post I will give you a few tips for onsite SEO. When you are creating a blog or website you should always make sure that the title for your blog or header of your website contains the keywords you want to rank for. For instance, I optimized my blog for Attraction Marketing Coach, as you can see those keywords are in the title of this blog.
Secondly, your text throughout your pages should be keyword rich, meaning you should be sure to include your keyword and spread it throughout the content. Don’t overdo it to the point that it doesn’t make sense. Be sure it is strategically placed and the content flows.
Lastly, whenever you make a new post to your blog, do keyword research and find a keyword for your subject that has alot of searches but little competition and put that keyword as close to the first of the title of your post as you can. Again, make the text of your post keyword rich as well. Also, when creating the tags for your post make sure you include several of these high search, low competition keywords. When you do this you might even rank for keywords you we’ren’t even optimizing for.

In the following examples, I was only trying to rank for the exact matches but ended up dominating the first page of the broad matches. Woohoo!! The broad matches are much more competitve keywords as you can tell, but when you use these tactics along with the more advanced tactics I teach you can dominate these searches as well.

Also check this out. On a post I did yesterday I rank 10th on the first page of google for a keyword that has 94,000,000. The keyword is The Brand Called You with no quotes. I am amazed how good this stuff works. See you in the next post.

Good article. I have found that getting backlinks while helping people is another good way to build traffic to your site. For example I regularly answer questions on Yahoo on SEO optimization questions and free search engine submission tips. And in return I end up getting good backlinks and people visiting my sites.
